Creation of the Project Department of Cherepovets Metallurgical Plant, personnel 9 people.
Integration of Cherepovets Metallurgical Combain design and engineering functions into the Engineering Center (EC):
∙ Project department of Cherepovets Metallurgical Combain, personnel 220 people;
∙ Project works administration of Cherepovets Metallurgical Combain (PWA) (Lengipromez team, department of Leningrad Institute "Tiyazhpromelectroproekt", department of Leningrad Institute "Proektstalkonstrukcia", architectural & project workshop of the Institute "Vologdagrazhdanproekt", personnel 170 people;
∙ Design office of Advanced Technics & Technologies Dprt.
∙ Project department of Cherepovets Metallurgical Combain, personnel 220 people;
